Outside Link - HMP YOI ISIS

Outside Link helps young prisoners to secure accommodation prior to release from prison, in order to prevent them from becoming homeless and re-offending. It also aims to set up support networks in the community where they will be living on their release.  Three staff are based inside the prison providing a range of services and support to ensure that young people have secure accommodation on their release.  The scheme will also offer family mediation, mentoring and help young people access training and development schemes.
