This is a floating support project that aims to ensure young homeless people have access to suitable accommodation, support services and resources to enable them to make the transition to independent living. Inline works mainly with 16 and 17 year olds, a lot of whom are care leavers, helping them prepare to move into their own tenancy by offering them the practical and emotional support needed to make a successful transition to independent living.  We work with 140 young people at any one time, and can support people for up to two years.
